YouScience Reports
Being seen as a thought leader in your space can bring your company to new levels. While I was at YouScience I had the opportunity to design, write, analyze data, and create a uniform reporting style. Much of our work was to bring us success in PR and provide our target audiences with the much-needed data to prove need for our products. The reports were very successful and helped our company to get featured in high-profile news outlets like Forbes, The Hill, Yahoo news, EdTech Digest, and many others. With these as great lead tools we were able to drive our overall MQLs and SQLs to be of a better quality and quantity. Last year my team released four national reports and seven localized reports resulting in over 100 million impressions.
Data is prettiest when it can be understood
My team and I produced a large volume of high-quality reports. The raw data often arrived incomplete or unstructured, requiring manipulation, verification, and interpretation. To streamline this process, I developed automated spreadsheets that validated and parsed the data efficiently.
While I worked with a copywriter on many reports, I was also actively involved in writing and proofreading each one. Every report was carefully tailored to a specific audience to ensure clarity and impact.
What was my role:
Data analysis
Survey question writing
Author/co-author
Review and proofing
Design and layout

ease of use
One request for this report template was to make sure that the internal pages could be dropped into a sales presentation easily. If you notice the internals of the page fit nicely into a 16:9 presentation by just getting rid of the header and footer. This allowed us to streamline the process and amplify the usability of each report.
